Oregon Pole Barns specializes in offering very affordable kits "that make cents" for contractors, farmers, ranchers, horse and DIY folks. Our kits really are custom based on your wants and particular needs. If you want kiln dried lumber we'll give you kiln dried. If you want thicker gauge metal we'll give you thicker gage metal. Fancy garage doors. Wood siding! Lots of windows. No windows. It's your barn. We like to offer insight based upon our years of experience, but in the end, your in control. In addition to kits we offer several options unavailable from most other pole barn companies. We offer baseline kits all the way through to complete turn key pole barns through contractors who specialize in erecting pole buildings. Kits range in prices around $7 per sq ft to completed buildings around $15 a sq ft. The more windows and doors, the more it will increase material and labor costs.

Pole Barn Options

Oregon Pole Barns provides the resources you need to build the highest quality pole building within a budget you can afford. We give you more options and choices than other pole barn company. We also provide phone assistance throughout the process and at reasonable cost and on site help should you need it. In addition to kits we offer several options unavailable from most other pole barn companies. We offer baseline kits all the way through to complete turn key pole barns through contractors who specialize in erecting pole buildings. Due to our volume we can provide complete custom kits at very reasonable prices, each including engineered plans that act as a construction guide.

Before you buy any pole barn kit or completed structure you have to have a level, preferably graveled site. Cost can range from just hundreds of dollars to tens of thousands of dollars. Honestly, site prep alone can stall or put your plan on hold. We can help by providing licensed contractors for this specialized work depending on their availability.




What we don’t include in our kit and why everyone else does

At Oregon Pole Barns and Kits we don’t include windows or overhead doors with our kits we do however, provide high quality steel frame doors for your project. The reason why we don’t provide Windows or overhead doors is, we don’t want our customers to ending up with broken windows, scratched and bent doors. Also, Unless your experienced, overhead doors are extremely dangerous to install. We refer you to pros without marking up the price. We also understand that our customers have access to buy any of these items at local retailers for comparative prices.

  • Bags of concrete for footings

    The peopl who dig your holes will provide them. If they break open or get wet before you use them it’s a waist of money.

  • Nails

    Different nail guns accept different sizes. Maybe you like to hand drive.
